1. Insurance FU: some products with insurance tube, some with 1 ~ 2 Ω resistance. Common for printed coated copper thread. If you FU burned, you must find out the reason and FU again after repair.

 

2. High pressure filter capacitance Cl: some lines with two 250 v series capacitance instead of C1 (at this point should be various and a resistance to pressure and discharge charge). C1 common as electrolyte dried up, make the light tube or when light when it is hard to start out.

 

3. Start the resistor R1: normal when A - H end voltage 300 v, H - B end no voltage circuit, when when using A multimeter to measure A - H voltage GuanLiang can stimulate the light. But to turn off the lights and then turn on the light not bright.

 

4. Power tube VTI and VT2: most burned by other fault line, you must first check after discharge circuit fault change to use the same features. More than 20 w must add a good radiator.

 

5. R3 and R4: the two resistance to offset current limiting resistor, protecting VTl, VT2 effect, its power cannot be too small; Also cannot too big, must work to VT1, VT2 is normal at the time of the current values.

 

6. The trigger tube D6: D6 circuit, VT2 is no bias, can't start up, the light is not bright; If breakdown short circuit, D6 VT2 is easy to damage. Whether D6 in good condition, can be in after electrify (or the light pipe) measuring H - E side, if there are 24 v ~ 30 v voltage, D6 is normal.

 

7. Corner capacitor C4: C4 lose or break time dawn; Short circuit time tube is difficult to start, even if can bright brightness is low, and the flickering light. The capacitor should be able to withstand voltage 400 v.

 

8. The resonant capacitor C5: due to the resonance voltage is higher, so the C5 is the most common wearing parts. The cut-off time tube is not bright, short circuit time on both ends of the tube is red but not glow. After the damage must be replaced with the same capacity of more than 630 v capacitor.

 

L: 9. Inductance coil inductance L decided to light tube current, so the number of loops and the intercellular space of core is crucial, if no magnetic gap and magnetic core directly touching up and down, is easy to lead to magnetic saturation, make the power tube current rising sharply and burned. L coil break light tube is bright.
